Yeah. Last night I caved and had some hamburgers helper I made for the family. Then I didnt stop when I should have bad tummy ache and a guilt trip later. I stopped being hard on myself and remembered that tomorrow is another day.

January has been a bad month with food choices. im thankful for the encouragement. focus on zero point foods. choose the ones you love and stock your pantry/frig/countertops with them. get all red light fpods out of your house. ww works but we have to do it for it to work. stay the course my friends!

Yes! Struggling to get back on track. I am LT but several pounds from goal. I did not do quiz to see what colour I should follow. I just stayed with what I know as Freestyle. Any suggestions are most welcome! Reading through comments.

Stop & ask yourself why you’re eating at night? Is there something you can replace for food? Gum? Nice cup of tea? Cold water? Apple? How will you feel after you eat it? Is it healthy or harmful? Make healthy choices for your own well being. ❤️
