No, it's pretty much the same thing. Our bodies change over time though, so your body may not react the way it used to. Are you tracking honestly? Are you getting enough protein? Protein helps us lose fat and build new muscle. The more muscle we have, the more calories we burn at rest, the more weight we can potentially lose. Are you getting some good fat's each day? They also help keep us satiated (like protein) and help us lose. Are you being active? You might need to add in some activity to help burn calories and kick up the losses (if you are able). Are you eating too many carbs? Some people are more sensitive to carbs and they can make you hold water (me). I eat a cup of pasta and the scale goes up 3 pounds the next day. Are you staying hydrated? Are you eating your daily allotment? Weeklies? If you are eating all your weeklies and not losing, try just eating the dailies. If you are only eating the dailies, try eating some weeklies. If nothing seems to work, try one of the other options to see if you begin to lose. I find one of the most important thing is to track everything that goes in our mouths honestly. It's so easy to slack and over eat.
