I am on the green plan and started last week but after Superbowl I started again Monday. I do pretty good until I get home at night. I have too many leftovers from Superbowl. I still managed to lose a couple of lbs. Any suggestions?

Give them away or throw them away

Make sure none of the leftovers are within view (counters, etc. ) and make sure they are not at eye level when you open the fridge. Out of sight out of mind. Or you can do what I do, throw them away. It is a waste whether I eat them or throw them away, so I might as well save myself the points!

Moderation and serving size -- the hardest things to master, but you gotta do it. If you can afford it, toss the leftovers.
