I started WW on the green plan 12 weeks ago and have lost 25. 8 lbs. This weeks weigh in was . 4 lbs loss. Does anyone think this could be a plateau starting? What can I do to push thru this?

You will have ups and downs. Sounds like about 1 or 2 a week which is great. I would give it a couple of weeks before changing anything

You’ve done great and you have been on the high end of reasonably weekly weight loss. Your body has done a lot of adjustments and this week was a little slower. There is no reason to worry. Keep on going!

No, sometimes the body does strange things. I have been losing ounces all last month. It will pass.

Don't forget that the average is . 5-2lbs per week. When you are first starting your body is generally shedding a bunch of water weight and kind of going into shock because of how little you are eating compared to before (we went from 40 points a meal to 40 a day). Don't get discouraged. It also greatly depends in how much you need to lose. Someone whose only got 40 pounds to loose isn't going to lose the same as someone whose got 200 pounds to lose.

I’m not sure if you took your measurements before starting. but if you did take them again. Some weeks we lose weight and some weeks we lose inches. And if you haven’t yet taken your measurements take them, it’s another great way to Measure your success

Sometimes the body needs to take a rest and catch up. It's still a lost and the closer you get to goal it really slows down. That being said you can celebrate your cloths getting loser. Just keep tracking and work the program it works!

I have had many weeks like this for no particular reason, doing everything right. I believe the program is designed to have you lose on average 1-2 lbs per week. You are doing well. All weeks may not show a loss at all. It’s a journey. Remember: Mindset, Exercise and Weight!

Focus on NSVs—are you feeling better? Are your clothes looser? Are you enjoying life more and able to do more?

I am thinking about joining WW again. What is the difference between the new plan and old

@friarbird You can take a questionnaire that will recommend one of 3 plans offered. The plans are very similar to previous plans offered with a slightly different focus to account for zero pt foods and points which varies according to the plan. You can pick any plan you think will work for you or take their recommendation. I think there’s more focus on the whole: mindset, exercise and what you eat. It’s not just about weight loss. It’s about a more healthy you.
