Question!  I am 2.Question! I am 2. 6 pounds away from my goal weight. While I am very proud and excited about that, I'm not 100% satisfied with how my body looks still. I feel like I need to do so much toning at this point to really be happy with what I see. My question is do I lower my goal weight or continue on maintenance and work on the toning while in maintenance mode? Thank you!

Hit the weights! Don’t waste your time on just cardio.

I vote hit your goal and then maintain by working out (muscle building) and then see where it goes.

Congrats! I would go on maintenance, get Lifetime and then go from there. The advantage is free workshops and app! You can continue to go Weekly, if you like, and get to your personal goal.

I would go on maintaining and try and tone up by the way the app isn't free when you reach your goal only meetings x
