How is everyone doing, sticking to the plan through all of this? I placed two $500 food orders at the grocery store. When it gets delivered I have less that 1/2 of what I ordered. Having a hard time finding the food we select. Running low on meat and veggies. They never have what we order.

I choose Saturday. Dedicate myself all week to the plan, weigh Saturday morning. Pending what is going on on weekends, u still get to have your cheat/fun day Then u have all week to make up for it. Working for me‍♀️
