Today was my weigh in day- I began in January and have stuck with it every day. I had a good week and wanted to share my success with you “Will the next 6 months pass? ” “Yes” “Will they pass whether you lose or gain weight? ” “Yes” “So what kind of changes do you want to see in 6 months? ” #justdoit Sculp90 on the WW app

Before joining WW, I was stuck. I had not been under 200lbs for more than 5 years. I never thought it could be this easy (it’s not “easy” to DO but it’s easy compared to other restrictive weight loss programs) to lose weight. I lost 50 on my own last year from May to December (7 months) , 31 since January of this year with WW (3 months) By my birthday, I will have lost a total of 100lbs.

Great job! What type of exercise are you doing? Do you eat your fit points? Any go to meals? I need to get back to this plan seriously. I was good the first week maybe two if quarantine. Not so much after that.

@roping6917 Urbine I’m not doing any heavy exercise because of my back- I’m still just dieting, measuring my food carefully (with measuring cups) counting and scanning EVERYTHING for points- down to the little chocolate chip. I even measure a tbsp ketchup, a tbsp coffee creamer etc I ate up my flex points, but the weeks I want to really accelerate my weight loss, I try to come in 5 points below my daily goal, and drink a LOT more water. Water promotes your metabolism, and removes toxins and waste from your body. To curb hunger- put 2 tbsp of Metamucil in a 16 oz cup of water and chug it 30 minutes before a meal.

When my husband was diagnosed with diabetes the nutritionist said the same thing to him! With my help (good meals) he lost 100#. He no longer needs any medication to control diabetes. It took me a bit longer to realize this. Down nearly 60#.
