They're a great cushion if you want more points anytime during the week. Myself personally I use them every week.

I use them as a safety net so to speak for those days whEre I have a craving or I have say 3 daily points left but want a 5 point snack etc

WW calculates how many points we need in a week to lose based on gender, age, height and Current weight. Most of those points go to dailies. The rest are held back for Weeklies. Weeklies can be used however you want throughout the week. They make this flexible and livable Some save them for wine, a special night out (remember those), I use mine as needed throughout the week Many actually lose best when they eat most/all of them. Some find the need to limit them. Experiment to see what works best for you

Weeklies are to make the program more livable. You use them as you choose. Some do and some don't. However you make them work for you.

I try and stay within my daily points; but if I go out to eat I can use a few weeklies. My leader at the meetings says you can eat all your weeklies and still lose weight.
