WW calculates how many points we need in a week to lose based on gender, age, height and Current weight. Most of those points go to dailies. The rest are held back for Weeklies. Weeklies can be used however you want throughout the week. They make this flexible and livable Some save them for wine, a special night out (remember those), I use mine as needed throughout the week Many actually lose best when they eat most/all of them. Some find the need to limit them. Experiment to see what works best for you
