Have you been working out a little harder or doing something different? Are your muscles a little sore? Workouts can cause muscles to hold water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It's temporary. If you ate a high carb or high sodium meal the night before, you can have a temporary water weight gain on the scale. I can eat a cup of pasta, and be up 3 pounds the next day. Medications, stress, hormones and many other factors can cause water retention also. I would give it another week and see what happens.
