I love the water tracking added to the app. I drink water throughout the day but I'm wondering how much do others drink? What works for you? I love drinking it just don't want to drink too much or too little!

Just listen to your body. You don’t need to drink a gallon a day if you don’t want to or need to. Your pee should be a light shade of yellow, not clear, and you shouldn’t need to go to the bathroom every hour.

I think you need to re-install the app for it to be updated!

I believe it is being rolled out in stages. Make sure you do the updates for your app when they are available and hopefully eventually you will get it.

I've been reading some comments about how some people use a straw for drinking their water and find they get more water in that way.
