Gotten way off track this week. Had a staycation. Gonna slurp a little more since I’m way off my points and get back on track tomorrow. The only one who can make the change is me. I just gotta stay motivated. Anyone else having a hard time? Had a good week off though.

Last day for spring break here. I'm up 5#. I decided to not wait until Monday but got back on track yesterday. Made me feel better!
