They are offering virtual meetings where you can privately chat with WW Guides and Coaches. You can phone in if you don't want to be on the video part. Plus they are sending out daily helpful emails to check in during this time. Remember that there are employees that need to be paid, too.

@dynamics32482 hi can you tell me how to cancel my account I'm not to tech savvy. I tried to call but that didn't work.
by (2.1k points)
@nagy8817 are you on digital as well? If so, go to your profile and go to chat. Just let them know you're needing to cancel and they will email you with a confirmation number.

I agree I didn’t sign up for virtual meetings. I think they could allow all of us faithful members to use the app for free during this time frame. It’s not like O is going to go broke in this time period. She’ll get us all back plus more!
by (1.3k points)
@lunt63957 O doesn't own WW
by (4.1k points)
@dress @yettayetti742 I realize that however she is making enough off the products that promote WW , commercials and does have stock all that said , I didn’t want virtual meetings if I would have I would have started that way. I’m on the program since end of May of 19 and I’m down 58 #and I’m thankful for their support and so are so many others. I can still afford it being deducted from my account but so many other members cannot, so cut everyone a break for a month or so. Trust me they will remember it and be very great full and supportive! That’s all I’m saying. Stay healthy and stay safe.!

If you signed up for meetings and the accountability of being weighed, then you are paying for something you are not getting. Call them and you will get the monthly fee waived

I agree . I did not mind paying when i could go to meetings and purchase food. A vitual meeting is not the same AND i had to buy a scale to weigh myself. I cannot even buy the food online in canada. I think it should be half the price or something. ☹️
by (3.3k points)
@busyness, better no charge at least for 3 months.

If you cancel And want to rejoin the price will probably be more. If you know you want to do WW keep your account the way it is.
by (2.1k points)
Or, you may get a better price.

Yes. I also pay for the gym each month. It has been closed for 4 weeks now.
by (3.3k points)
@footloose475, call your gym, most gyms will not charge for 3 months.

Yes! I just adore all of the positivity during this very difficult time. The company is offering virtual workshops and you still have your app. Is someone stopping you from cancelling your membership if you don’t find it valuable?
by (4.3k points)
@prestidigitation amen!
by (4.1k points)
@prestidigitation I find it valuable or I still would be tracking and weighing myself at home. My point is give up a little to gain a lot. I’m not good with the virtual meetings and most people aren’t going to do them. So help everyone that helped you grow to this multi million dollar business. For some of us it’s like AA, so if they can’t pay and leave the program it just adds more stress at this time of crisis.
by (2.3k points)
@lunt63957 call them and they will offer two months free. Take some initiative
by (4.1k points)
@justajustemilieu thanks I’ll give it a shot tomorrow. Happy Easter everyone, stay strong!

Because you can attend anytime virtually. If you don’t agree, go to the chat feature and they will adjust your fee if you are unable to attend virtually

Zoom meetings
by (1.6k points)
@bowerbird7722 A Roman, in person meetings are the best but with the existing conditions we are living with, I'm enjoying the Zoom meetings because I get to see my group friends even though we can't be in the same room right now.

With zoom meetings you can attend a hundred meetings a week if you want for continual support. Try one out out in New York or Hawaii or Alaska or Florida or North Dakota there's plenty of help out there and you can attend as many as you want.
