I like Green because it has more structure and keeps me more accountable. Blue and Purple have more zero foods, so it was easy for me to overdo it. All the plans will work, it just depends on which plan fits more with you psychologically and with your lifestyle.

I was on green and lost 20lb since January 1st which puts me half way to goal. I was not feeling full after changing my workouts. I added more protein, but didn't like seeing the extra points I was using so, I switched to blue for 0 point chicken and eggs for the next half of my journey and loving it so far. I love the flexibility of this program!

Love blue! I found I wasn’t eating enough on green and my weight loss stopped, probably because my body was in starvation mode. If you body doesn’t have enough fuel, it won’t work right.

I’ve been following purple, but I really don’t care for most of the free foods & found I was eating less than 1000 calories per day. I’m switching to green.

In my opinion, all of the plans are basically the same. Eat pasta on purple and it free with fewer purple points. Eat pasta on green or blue and it’s points but you get more points. Less tracking on purple, but portion control extremely necessary. Just my take.

Green. I was on purple but too many free foods. I would rather chart all my food so I can control my intake better. Everything counts it all has calories.
