I have two chicken breasts that I need to cook before they go bad. What is your absolute favorite (tried and true) chicken breast recipe? Thanks

Italian seasoning, spray s skillet with pam , cook 3 minutes each side. 1 can of cream of chiken, make the soup and cook them in the soup, 20min +. I do this often 1, 2, 3. steps. if you don't have cream of chiken soup, cook with cream of mushroom soup or potato soup.

Have a large potato , can of green beans and a packet of Italian seasoning? I cube a potato down one side of my casserole dish. Drain a can or two of green beans and put those down the opposite side. Chicken breasts in the center. Melt 3/4 a stick of butter and mix the Italian packet into the butter then drizzle it over everything. Cover in foil and bake. So delicious.

I just baked chicken breasts from a recipe I got here I think. Cover with pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. They put black olives on it too. The recipe said bake at 425 for half an hour but I had to bake them an extra 20 minutes to get the chicken to 165 degrees. I’t was posted by Elisa Poos. It was delish. Juicy chicken.

Sounds a bit gross, but its delicious - you can do this in a crock pot or in an oven. I prefer it in the crock pot personally. Anyways, you need: Chicken breasts Sour cream 2 cans of Cream of mushroom soup Cooking sherry (optional - gives it a little tang) Instant rice or boil in bag rice whatever kind of rice you want, really Mix 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with 1 container of sour cream and about 1/4 cup of sherry. Once well combined, dump everything into the crock pot and cook on low for like 4 hours or, dump it all into a baking pan and cook at 350° for like 45min to an hour - check with a meat thermometer. Cook the rice and once the chickens done, just lay it over the rice with some sauce and bam! Thats it! Delicious!

Saute cut up chicken with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss with rice, black beans, corn, and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes (give or take). I call it "tex mex casserole. " I use 2 cups of rice, I cup of cheese, 2 cups of chicken, I can of corn, and 1 can of beans. At 6 servings, it is 7 points per serving (approximately 1 cup per serving). Freezes well too.
