I freeze mine, and when I’m ready to use them, microwave for about 10 seconds and then toast them. Perfect!

I let them cool, cut them and then freeze them. When it’s time to eat them, I let it thaw a few mins and then toast them.

I put mine in a ziplock bag with a paper towel on the bottom. Don’t zip it all the way and store in fridge. Last a week for me no problem.

I individually wrap each in tin foil after baking and store in fridge. I toast one each morning for breakfast and it tastes fresh. I only make a week’s worth at a time
