You know what to do, friend. Track. You can get back into it.

Go back to what you did before you reached goal. Once you reach got out can’t stop, it’s a new way of life

There seems to be the pattern with a lot of people - hit the goal and relax. perhaps one should set a new goal - see how many weeks one can stay at exactly that weight - let the body and your mind get used to being your goal weight. This is an incredibly important thing to prevent yoyoing which is discouraging and bad for your health.

Keep tracking. That will help keep you at goal.

@milena6 You are right that’s the problem. I stopped tracking.

I'm stuck at 179-180. My goal is 140. So I have a ways to go. I started March 2nd. Lost 13 lbs so far. I'm happy with that.

I find that weight that comes on quick also comes off quick. Get back to tracking now. Realize that you aren’t perfect and you will mess up. But getting back at it is what counts

How many points did you add to your daily points? I know WW use to suggest 6 points but you may have to start with less points and increase if you need to.
by (3.9k points)
I didn't add any. I got too excited and stopped tracking and had horrible night binge eating for few days. Kind of went back to old habits. :( I don't know why, I know that's not the way to live but I had way too many sugary stuff

@stratiform I get it! I think part of that comes from hearing that it happens to others. Subconsciously you think you’re supposed to do that. Good luck

I’m sorry that’s so frustrating! Are you digital only? I reached goal a few weeks ago and was wondering if I get a keychain
by (3.9k points)
Well I used to go to workshops but it's closed now. Yes I got it in the mail.

Are you on your 6 weeks of maintenance?
by (3.9k points)
I think I'm supposed to be but don't know how to switch it to, it's hard without a coach. everything is on the app only so I don't know who to ask.

Has your coach not got a Facebook page for your group members to follow. If so join and ask there. If not ask a coach on connect
