@polk4 I always feels like knowing I have to get weighed at the meetings makes me more accountable than just doing it at home. I am only 3 lbs from goal but I have been maintaining not losing. Just not as motivated I guess. The zoom meetings have some audio issues and don’t really inspire me the way attending face to face do

@dissenter Stewart Herman I feel the same Kim! I reached life time a few months ago! My weight goes up a pound or 2 and then I am able to get it back down! I finally dusted off my exercise bike! It is a struggle! Good luck, stay safe!

@induna . I'm so sorry. I feel your pain. my Dad passed 2 1/2 years ago and my Mum 13yrs ago. sorry to say the pain never goes away. you just learn to deal with it. one day at a time. when someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. My thoughts&prayers are with you!

I'm missing being at my meetings. I've got extra people in my home and I'm off my routine. I see others that are continuing to lose and I'm confused on how they are able to do that right now! One thing I do know though is that I'm forgiving myself. We all react to changes differently. I'm doing the best I can and that has to be enough.

Sweets & Carbs are my "go to" when bored or alone. I have been doing pretty well during the COVID-19. Husband just headed out for about 45 minutes. I have downed 2 cookies and a handful of taco chips. So may be it isn't so bad - but it is the "closet" behavior I always fight. I have been on 2 walks with the dogs today and trying to stay busy.
