I wasn’t using my weeklies until two weeks ago. I’ve seen more pounds lost in the two weeks that I’ve used them. So I’m going to keep using them. In our workshop, our group leader said that research has shown that people who use their weeklies are more successful in the long term and stay with WW, because they don’t feel so deprived.

Not sure the same is true for everyone, but I was surprised to see that I lost more when I ate my weeklies.

I use them all the time and I still lose weight. It’s good for when you go out for a meal or just want a treat.

My weigh in day is Friday. I use most of them Friday and Saturday. Back to blue dot Sunday - Thursday. I've lost 11. 6# since Jan 25

It is an individual choice how to use them. Some people use them to “splurge” for special occasions, others divide them up over the week to have a little every day. Some people find that when they hit a plateau eating more points for a day or two helps kick in the metabolism, and use them for this. You definitely don’t “have to” use them, but they are there if you need them, and over time you will figure out what works best for you. Good Luck!

I use mine on occasion, but I never “plan” to use them. Mine are in case I go over a few points during the day, I don’t use them as separate points to splurge during the week.

I rarely use them. It's nice to have them available for when an event happens and I choose to indulge.

I use about 5 of them on Saturday, another 5 on sunday, a few throughout the week, but try to not use them the 2 days before weigh in. I do better when I use about 80% and have some leftover. I like the 20% leftover to use as a cushion in case I miscalculated something but I've definitely used them all many times. I still lose. And I definitely lose more when I use them.

I didn’t use them when I lost my 60 lbs 10 years ago and kept it off

I use mine on occasion. I have found that when I use my weeklies I don’t lose as well.

They are there for a reason, YES! Most people are not eating their points, and are starving their bodies, and then they plateau based on how much they need to lose. Every person needs a certain amount of oils, grains, protein, carbs, and fiber for a healthy diet. This is the reason eating your points is important, weeklies are only used when you go over your daily about by a few points. One can only use so many weeklies a day, we all know( I hope) to when you should use zero point foods. Not as the main dish(unless out of points), and not for all your snacks(I call this abuse). Zero point foods are for supplementing your dailies, and keep you from feeling hungry. I try to do a good mix of both to average out my points for the day. For the newbies, it is as important as any nutritionist would tell you to eat healthy balanced meals, and or snacks. We all have good or bad days, but we all need to keep in mind how to succeed.

I typically don't use them. However we've had a few special events so for those, I've used some.

I never use mine. I eat 3 meals a day, have a snack or two and rarely get to my 23 points. I'm on Blue. But I rarely eat out and cook from scratch. If I get off my routine, I'm in trouble.

Some people use them all and lose easily. I can't use them much or I stall. But I do occasionally use them for treat meals and just really keep track to hold myself accountable.

I generally don’t use them, but if I’m going out I know they are there and don’t worry too much

I view my weeklies like an overdraft checking account. I rarely use them except on special occasions.

Do what works for you. I have weeks that I go no where near using any of my weeklies (I’ll even bank more during the week). Then there are weeks I splurge once and use all of them. And other weeks I use a few everyday. The beauty of WW is you get to decide what works for you.

When we go out once a week or so, I eat what I want ( within limits) and That’s probably when my weeklies are used. I still lose - 42 lbs since Sept 15th!
