I have lost 59 lbs and I am at goal- so I didn’t have a set meal plan but did have set rules for me(if that makes sense). I had lots of chicken, eggs, lean pork for protein, low carb pita or lo cal bread which I currently can’t find, any veggies the more the better and fruits but 2 a day maybe 3 on hungry days. My rules that worked for me- low to no dairy, low carb, low to no sugar and low to no processed. Snacks that were great for me- Angie’s popcorn, berries, enlightened frozen bars (2-3pt). Also preparing the week on Sunday’s is a huge help for me like makings eggs, chopping veggies, making soup etc. I always track even on bad days and I try to stay within my points and use only a few extra points a week. Good luck! This group and the connect part of the ww app really help me w support- we are all in it together! One saying that I was told on week 1 and I live by—-“ being overweight is hard losing weight is hard choose your hard! ”

Lost 22. 2 in 8 weeks. I am pretty content on eating alot of the same things. I am more adventurous on the weekend. Mon-fri Am Egg 1 tbsp cheese 1/2 english muffin Sugar free creamer in my coffee Snack: Raspberries Fage0% Greek yogurt sweetener Lunch Carrots, cucumbers Turkey Light ranch dressing to dip veggies. Crystal light drink PM Varies. I really try to stay the same for breakfast snack and lunch. Then more points for dinner. Good luck.
