I have lost 59 lbs and I am at goal- so I didn’t have a set meal plan but did have set rules for me(if that makes sense). I had lots of chicken, eggs, lean pork for protein, low carb pita or lo cal bread which I currently can’t find, any veggies the more the better and fruits but 2 a day maybe 3 on hungry days. My rules that worked for me- low to no dairy, low carb, low to no sugar and low to no processed. Snacks that were great for me- Angie’s popcorn, berries, enlightened frozen bars (2-3pt). Also preparing the week on Sunday’s is a huge help for me like makings eggs, chopping veggies, making soup etc. I always track even on bad days and I try to stay within my points and use only a few extra points a week.
