Can someone explain why on the purple plan whole grain pasta is 0 points but the protein up/carb down Flatout wrap is 4 points!? I looked at the nutrition and it seems like the Flatout is the healthier of the two!

My guess is that the 0 point foods are generic in that it includes all brands of that food. So any whole grain pasta, any brand eggs, any brand FF Greek Yogurt. Everything else gets points based on calories, fat, sugar, etc. They didn’t go through every food item to say this brand of this item meets a certain criteria so it’s 0 but not this other brand. Im not on purple. Out of curiosity how do they handle bread on that plan?

More sugar would be my guess ‍♀️
