What’s your weight loss goal during this whole corona crap? Mine is to just maintain! Most people are gaining weight like crazy. I’ll be happy to just be the same at the end. Share your goal!

If I can maintain within a pound or so I’ll be happy! It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve went to the gym and I’ve only just been sticking to my points and I’ve managed to maintain with in 4 ounces of my lowest weight so far. I’m happy with that

I’m trying to maintain. I thought it would be easier because I’d have time to get out and walk during my breaks from working from home but I’m such a stress eater and continue blowing it. I lost 30 lbs from January to March 1 and don’t want to backslide! It’s super hard. I need that accountability of weighing in at meetings. The virtual meetings are good but not the same as facing that scale in front of someone else!

Disappointed in WW joined the first week of March never even got to another meeting. Unable to get into any online meetings but because I signed up for 3 months they are still charging me. I called and said I can get a free month. Tell me to call every month I do not go. Paid up until June and by the looks of it the meetings still will not be happening. Feel like I have been taken.

I have never had so many snacks. I bought 4 boxes of Joyva Ring Jells. They are chocolate covered and a whole box of 18 was on sale for just 1. 12. I could not believe it. I love them. My goal is to remain sane so I will just eat my chocolates.

I started working from home/staying home March 16th. I have my kids every 2 weeks. My first 2 weeks, I lost. then my kids stayed with me & I gained it all back! We tend to eat junk & get too much takeout. When it’s just me, I’m fine! I’m hoping to get in the groove for the next 2 weeks & lose it again!

I do not have any junk food in the house. Every week I got a lot of fruit and clean in water with chlorax. I only have lean protein and make my 2 ingred bagels. My only weakness is my cream in my coffee. I had also been helping take care of my dying father at his home , My exercise was my daily walks. I have not weighed myself, but my jeans are fitting the same. I also have not gotten any take out food for the past 6 weeks

We are all up and down daily now. We are all dealing with depression. If your not depressed, there is something wrong. I go straight to food. I am forced to work out for happiness. I hate working out but guess what, just do it, it helps. Since issolation on March 8th for us, I have been very depressed, then, working on getting very happy. I haven't been this down since my mom passed in 2008. Work on happiness. The rest will come.

HOWEVER, I'm home all the time anyway, so this 'stay at home' stuff is not really new to me. my heart goes out to those that are struggling; just take it one day at a time, & do the best you're able to do. this WILL PASS eventually! <3

It is the only app, where you have opportunity to choose ingredients for your next 2 months nutrition plan. You get recipes with detailed information how to cook. I'm following it and have already dropped 55 ibs in 3 months .  Also find detailed recommendations about carbs, calories, daily water amount, physical activity and so on. Good luck on your way to goal.
