Hello, I just joined WW online this morning because I'm struggling with food choices, like a lot of people. I had gastric bypass 9 months ago and was doing really well, I lost 113 lbs. I'm stuck now and not eating right. Has anyone had bypass surgery and adapted WW to fit their lifestyle? The questionnaire put me on green plan. Thanks for any insight!

My dad had gastric bypass in oct 2018 and lost 70 pounds. Whenever he starts gaining and he gives himself a 5 pound limit he reverts back to the pre surgery diet he was on of two high protein shakes a day for breakfast and lunch and a sensible dinner. Usually just protein and veggie. He will do that for a week or two to get back on track.

@janie95 that's was kind of my plan. I am going to use WW to hold myself accountable and track what goes in my mouth afterwards.

I lost 50 lbs on green , track your food , drink water , don’t have a cheat day , that’s a bad habit that can get out of hand , plan ahead , good luck you can do this
