Really it just has to do with how restricted you are so green you get more points but less zero point foods blue has more zero point foods and less points and purple has the least point with tons of zero point foods. If you can portion control and keep from over eating zero point foods try blue out!

I started with blue and I saw change but I thought I would change it up and Im just not crazy about.

I’m a vegetarian. Lots of lean meat options are free, but I am charged for meat free alternatives. Green makes it flexible if egg, yoghurt and chicken is not your thing.

The zero point lean proteins on Blue are primarily white meat chicken and most seafood.
