I lost 50 pounds in 7 months on blue, haven’t tried green or purple but blue works for me. Good luck!

Tracking and meetings are essential for me. Breakfast is important for me so I eat a good breakfast (5 or 6) points. I have a low point lunch (around 3 points). The remainder of my points for the day I use for supper and low or 0 point snacks. I build my meals around 0 point foods and go from there. I try to walk at least 4 days a week. Of course there are days it just all goes out the window but I just put it behind me and start new. Good luck, you can do this. Just take it one meal at a time!

From what I hear you can lose on any plan. I say do it if it fits your eating habits better

I have been thinking about doing that as well. I have lost about the same weight on Blue and Green. I feel like the scale stays the same and I want it to move a little quicker.

Green was my first plan, but after a month switched to Blue, I’ve been at a stand still for a few weeks but better staying there than putting on under all going on . With the Blue I just like to have more 0 point foods, like fish, chicken and eggs.

My thoughts. WW did this to compete with other diet plans that have gone to “personalized for you” options. I think it’s nonsense. The diff between those plans. green gives you more smart points but less zero point foods. Blue gives you a fair # of sp but more zero foods. Blue is the original freestyle plan. It’s worked for millions, go to blue and forget the individual food plan mentality!

How do you switch to blue on the app? Is it easy to switch and switch back if you like the other better?
by (1.4k points)
It was very easy. I just did it on the ap.

I just switched to blue, I was not losing on green, I logged everything walked 3 miles a day, drank water, stepped on scale this morning exactly the same weight ask when I started. I hope this one works!
