Has anyone reached their 10 pound loss on online only and received their bar showing they lost 10 pounds? I was told I would automatically receive that. So just checking with you guys.

I received my 5 and 10, but was told online members won't receive any other acknowledgments until you reach 25lbs then 50lbs. WW told me you have to be a meeting member to get all of the charm milestones

If you are in Canada you won't receive anything.  I phoned a few months ago, because I saw lots of people getting these bars/charms, i was told that only people in USA get them at this time.

If you are online only the charms are for different milestones. 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200. If you have reached a milestone and don’t get a charm in 2 weeks, contact customer service

@pfennig On line people don’t get 15, 20, 30 or 40. They added those ones for meetings shortly after they started giving charms to on liners last year. I guess they wanted meeting goers to still have something extra. If you are due your 40, I would reach out to customer service. Congratulations
