What’s the best plan for type two diabetics ?

I’m on blue, I lost 80pds and became LIFETIME all in 6 months! I was on 8 RX meds, I’m off all of them! And my A1C was 10, now I’m 4. 5 not even in pre diabetic range! WW is a lifestyle, and saved my life after my stroke. Good luck, enjoy your journey!

All the WW plans work if you stick to them. I lost 50 lbs and now my A1C is 5. 7

I'm a diabetic and on blue. I find the options are endless, easy to follow with so many zero point foods.

I am on blue and have lost almost 30 lbs. since January 1st. My A1C went from 9. 2 to 5. 6.

@chirlin blue is weight watchers. There are some free online options that are based on WW plans. Itrackbites has a free option. Good luck!

My husband was type 2 diabetic for almost 20 years. Was on 3 high doses of meds. We started WW together about 2 1/2 years ago. It was Freestyle which is now blue. He lost 110 lbs, has maintained it over a year and is no longer on any meds and no longer diabetic! WW. works! It's a life style change, not a quick weight loss diet! I lost 93 lbs also. Right now it's extremely difficult, because we rely on our weekly meetings to make us accountable. Our on line Zoom meetings are nice, but not the same. Best of luck in your journey!
