I make one every morning with: Trader Joe's Pea Protein powder (unsweetened), a banana, 1 c. wild blueberries, stevia, and a cup of almond milk . I also add water if it's too thick for my blender. I think it's 2 points total and it's a TON to drink, very filling! Maybe some of you will count it as 3 points cause it has two fruits but I don't and I've consistently lost weight drinking this
