I need some suggestions ! I really don’t like premier protein at all. I see everyone putting it in their coffee but I can still taste the premier protein. Is there any other quick protein shakes you can recommend ? Maybe a different way to make coffee good ? Thank you all in advance

Does anyone else drink just a premier protein shake and get a nasty after taste? i have to drink it with a straw and get down as much as i can at one time so that i get minimal after taste. if i drink it slowly i wanna gag.

@karly i’m sure that’s probably what it is because it tastes fine while i’m actually drinking it! i just like them bc they have low points and do fill me up so i guess i just have to get over it‍♀️

@stich I put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes and it gets a slushy consistency. Goes down easier that way

@oech5771 Gott Stollings i dont feel like i need to. it’s low in point and i dont have time before school to make something. having it once or twice week doesn’t hurt me as long as i can get it down fast enough.

Get some sugar free syrup to flavor it - can’t taste the PREMIERE PROTEIN that way - I used coconut or almond but get the flavor you want.

I mix this in my iced (and hot) coffee. Much better ingredients, doesn’t hurt my stomach like premier does. Makes coffee sweet and creamy and only 1 point for 2 scoops (20g protein)

There are lots of recipes online. Like a vanilla premier protein with a sugar free packet of orange crush water flavoring and ice in the blender. Tastes just like an orange push up.

I mix the vanilla Premier with sugar free Coffeemate Italian Cream so I only use enough for one point per cup. I don’t taste the Premier Protein at all.
