I need some help, peeps! I literally went from eating junk (although not a whole lot of it) to eating a fairly well-balanced diet w LOTS of water and little to no lattes w almost no hick-ups. Now, the lattes have taken over again. I was drinking cold brew w chocolate premier one protein drinks, but I reaaallly burnt myself out on those. I can drink black coffee just fine, but I always crave that coffee house drink at work (I work in retail management). Ideas? Just for background, I’m a “will send and save Pinterest WW caffeine/food ideas all day, but will not get up early to make myself special food/drinks”.  
I need some help, peeps!

Dunkin has lots of unsweetened flavorings! I always get a cold brew with almond milk, the toasted almond syrup and Splenda. At Starbucks I get a HOT Americano with sf vanilla, sf cinnamon dolce, and topped with COLD foam. 1 point (purple)

At home I use almond milk creamer and Torani sf syrups! 1 point (purple) per TBS for the creamer! Hope those ideas helps!

Try to plan the special latte for a certain day of the week. Anticipate it. Savor every sip of it. Enjoy it. Don't taint yourself by having it every day and ruining the "specialness" of it all. Don't try to make do with something instead. Just one a week will make it so much better.
