Keeping in mind blending fruit on weight watchers equals points. A banana is Five points blended

@appolonia16364 I don't count the points. I only have a few smoothies a week and I use a small amount of fruit. Definitely not a whole banana

What do you consider a low point? Most protein shakes are two to three points before you add anything else.

I buy a protein powder from a local health food store. It’s only 1 point and super clean ingredients. I do 1 scoop of choc protein powder, pb 2 , almond milk and ice. amazing!

I like vanilla protein powder with crystal light. You can use any flavor with the crystal light instead of milk. And as a bonus you can add fruit. So good in the summer.
