Question

I am confused about protein drinks. I really like Nature’s Bounty Chocolate Protein Powder and the calculator says it is 2 pts. I don’t add any fruit or other ingredients, just water and the powder. Is it 2 pts or is it different because I’m drinking it?

It doesn't change if you don't add anything else to it.

Right water won’t add points unless it’s milk or fruit etc.

It's just the 2 points unless you add fruit or veggies and blend
