Can someone tell me why a fried egg is 1 point on blue? Is that because it's fried in butter or oil? If that is the case then I shouldn't count the butter too?.

They are likely accounting for oil or butter. I use spray and it keeps it at 0sp

I use cooking spray when I fry a egg. So it's should be zero points that way.

I count it as zero but I don’t fry it in butter just nonstick cooking spray
