Can someone tell me why I wouldn’t be able to use yeast in my two ingredients down? I dissolve the yeast in a fourth a cup of water and I made sure that the yogurt was room temperature. It taste great and I wanted to know would it add points.

I use the Quick Yeast that only has to be stirred into the dry ingredients. I also add an egg. No extra points.

@gorrian how much do you add to the 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of yogurt recipe?

I like yeast so I add one package or a teaspoon.

@gorrian do the bagels turn out better with the yeast?

I think so, but if you use the egg, cut back on the yogurt.

You would have to put in app and see what points it would have. Then add per bagel.

Regular yeast doesn’t have points if you enter it in by the teaspoon (4=0points) but 1 tablespoon is 1 point
