My mom used weight watchers when I was younger. In the 80’s, she made a chicken and rice recipe that I loved! Anyone have the recipe lying around?

Was it a casserole?

@torn8091 no. She would ladle the creamy chicken and veggie mixture over a mound of rice.

@hopping. Hum. I’ll have to ask some of my old timers. It could be with cream of chicken soup as the creamy.

All I remember is eating A LOT OF FISH in the late 60s. 6 oz mandatory fish x 3 a week. All beef hot dogs. 6 oz is a lot of meat. I do not remember rice. Or cake(except for WW in the frozen food dept. ) Recently, I cut back by having 2 meals. Slice up radishes and thin cucumbers for a snack at 12:30. It works wonders on your body. Maybe the chicken, broccoli, rice recipe will work.

I have a couple. Do you know any other ingredients?

@rote5699 it had carrots and celery I think. It was creamy and she ladled it over the rice.

So Mom and I came to the conclusion it was a crepe recipe, I was a little shi& and wouldn’t eat it that way so she scooped it over rice for me. I was like 7 or 8 so I forgot the picky part Here’s the recipe if anyone is interested;
