I would set a smaller goal of about 5 lbs - WW avg loss is 1/2 -2# per week. If you lose more than the 5 lbs, then it’s a win, but what if you don’t? Many don’t. Also, look at the overall picture more than the weekly amount. Ex: you lose 10 lbs the 1st month (2. 5/wk avg) and only 5 the next (1. 25/wk avg). You’ll likely get frustrated. However, if you look at it over the course of 2 months (8 wks) - just under 2 lbs per week
