You have to put in serving size. I make 4 bagels so they’re 3 sp on blue.

That should make 4-6 bagels depending on how big you make the. More if you want small ines

No. You change the serving size for however many bagels you get from the dough. I’d guess you could easily get 6

Ya once you put how many it serves it breaks it up into servings like I made a broccoli salad last night that would of been 15 pts for 1 but for 4 it was like 2 or so

The points divide/lower based on your servings. For example, if out of a batch you make 6 bagels, then it’s 6 servings.

If I join the digital plan, will there be an explanation on how to figure out points?
by (16k points)
@phosphor4 yes
by (270 points)
@jemy3 . thank you!
by (13.9k points)
@phosphor4 On the app you can also scan packaged foods to see how points they have. Plus there's the recipe builder so you can see how many pts are in your favorite recipes.

I use 1/4 cup self rising flour with 1/4 Greek 100% plain yogurt sprinkle Everything but the Bagel. Don't forget spray oil on bottom and top. Bake in toaster oven @25 minutes. 3 points! I don't make a batch because I'd eat the batch by day's end!

@rubbing Enjoy
by (1.5k points)
@rubbing I'm doing everything right too but the scale is not moving too much. I usually get frustrated and drop out but decided this time to keep on keeping on!
by (3k points)
@cowslip77010 keep going! It is hard sometimes and I find that some weeks are great and others I hardly lose even though I am doing everything right. I think if we can get out of all of this a few pounds lighter and not gaining we are doing great!
by (1.5k points)
@rubbing I used this mixture for cookies. Added vanilla, sprinkled a tsp of sugar on top, made little drops and baked 350 until brown. Not bad for 4 points!
by (3k points)
@cowslip77010 ohhh. I will have to try that!

I cut mine into 4 bagels so they are 3pts each.
by (3k points)
@etem0 just so I am clear sorry so you do one cup and one cup and divide into four bagels. And they are 3 pts each?
by (7.1k points)
@rubbing correct
by (4.1k points)
@rubbing yes, but you might use a little less yogurt to the dough is not too sticky.

Divide that by the number of bagels you end up making.

You can make more than ONE bagel from a full batch of dough! Divide!

I have a silicone doughnut/bagel form, and I can get six out of mine, so they're only two points a piece!

Eating 1 portion can be challenging. I get just making what u need. It's like buying proportioned items. More expensive but so worth controlling what u eat.
by (1.5k points)
@southdown3287 Exactly! If I buy a bag of anything I'll eat the whole bag. If I portion out the bag into smaller bags I'll eat all the bags. If I put the small bags in my trunk then I run out to my car!

You would divide the points by how many bagels you make. If it's 12 pts, then you can make 4 bagels for 3 pts each. You could make two personal pizza crusts for 6 pts each.

Is it the same point for each color re. Blue, green, ?
by (1.5k points)
@forenoon I believe the points value of an item doesn't change. Just the amount of points you can have in a day depending on the color you choose.
by (4.9k points)
@cowslip77010 thanks
by (11.8k points)
@cowslip77010 points change for things per plan. The Greek yogurt is 0pts on Blue and purple but I believe it is points on green so you have to run the ingredients they your recipe builder for which ever color you are to determine points
by (1.5k points)
@correggio I only know blue and I use their digital app.
by (6.5k points)
@forenoon The points are different because the yogurt has points on the Green plan. I made bagels today and they were 4 points each.
by (11.8k points)
@cowslip77010 I also am on blue and use the digital app but I know a little about the other color programs that’s why I wanted @forenoon to know she needed to run the recipe thru her recipe builder in her app as she may be on a different program

@forenoon points vary per plan.

Are you only making one bagel? You have to divide the total points by how many total bagels you make.
by (1.5k points)
@ivied 1/4 cup of self rising flour is 3 pts. I make 2 little bagels.

How do you make
by (53.1k points)
@panties it is in the ww app under 2 ingredient dough It's a 1:1 recipe You take 1 cup of self-rising dough 1 cup of FF yogurt Mix together to form a dough It may be a little wet that is fine or you can add a tiny bit more dough. If you add too much you add points Cut the dough ball into 4 equal pieces Form the pieces into a bagel shape. Brush with an egg wash so it looks nice when cooked Sprinkle with trader Joe's everything but the bagel sprinkle. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes @ 400⁰F. Let cool. I like mine toasted You can use the dough as pizza crust, dinner rolls, sandwich rolls, calzone, garlic knots, bread sticks, anything you can think of
by (6.8k points)
@salespeople after asking I found it can you use almond or coconut flour and add baking soda and powder to make it self rising. Just asking
by (53.1k points)
1. 5 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt
by (6.8k points)
@salespeople you’re awesome. Thank you
