Can i hear some success stories on the green plan? Im on day 4 and i absolutely love it. First goal is to lose 10% of my body weight. Hbu?

I've been on it for 10 weeks. Down 30lbs! Woop woop. I like it because it's so strict and if I don't have direction I'll eat everything lol

@beekeeper131 sure! I am still figuring it out (lol) but I do a hot breakfast (2 eggs and Canadian bacon), lunch is a salad or lunch meet rolls and fruit, dinner is veggie veggie veggies and a small portion of meat. I don't eat past 7. Sugar free ice pops are my sweet treat and rice cakes are my new bread. I also have been playing with smoothies (with unsweet almond milk, bananas, peanut butter, different natural supplements). I also froze grapes for a treat (so good). I could go on and on (lol) the more veggies and fruits the better. Message me anytime if your stuck or come up with a good idea!

See that's my deal if it's too strict I won't stick with it long term but that's just me, I'm doing blue and love it and have lost over 21 lbs so for. But I can discipline myself really well also. Glad they have three plans so you can see which works better for you.

Green really working for me! Been on since end Feb. Not sure precisely due to switch from ww scales to mine but down 13 lbs I think. It really works! Good luck.

Lost 22 since Jan1. It’s pretty automatic for me now. Workout three times a week. Slow but steady. Still losing during the quarantine.

I've been on green plan since March 2nd. I've lost 15. 2 lbs so far. I'm allowed 30 points per day plus weeklies. I've only dropped in to weeklies twice. I'm hardly ever hungry at the end of the day. I love all the free point foods available & I love the WW recipes too. I've tried several of them already. And the support we get from our fellow WW buddies.
