I like beer and strong beer. So most of the beer I like are 7 points. If I am going to have a strong beer or two, I make sure that I have a ton of Fit Points and sometimes reward my Fit Points with a strong beer. For example, if I know we are going to enjoy a brewery visit, I do a bit of extra cardio or very brisk walk with jogging intervals in addition to my strength training. I don't swap Fit Points, but sometimes I use them to reward my beer love. It works for me.
