I love doing what I call fajita bowls. Usually do a bowl of shredded lettuce or cauliflower rice or both. Then add peppers, onions, tomatoes, FF cheese, grilled chicken, corn, black beans. Then mix in light sour cream. It’s pretty much only going to be a couple points, depending on the amount of sour cream you use. Everything else is zero, even the FF cheese if you only use 1/4 cup. Very filling.
