For green, I like Sara Lee 45 calories bread (2 p for 2), a cheese slice (I use velveeta 35 calorie slice) and an egg. It’s a good sandwich! You can add protein if you want too

Chicken breast in taco seasoning In a glass pan corn, pico de Gallo and beans, Place chicken on top of mixture, bake for 40 covered then uncover and on top of chicken add green chilies (0 points up until now on blue) and Mexican cheese if desired, bake for another 5 Serve alone or over any rice or cauliflower rice

Butter lettuce , Spring Mix, grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, black beans & red peppers are all ZERO PZonits on Blue Plan. So your Points would be additions like: dressing and shredded cheese. I usually use Bolthouse Dressings and low fat or fat free cheese. Fat free shred cheese is great cold but not hot. As the texture is we iui red if you try to melt it.

I love doing what I call fajita bowls. Usually do a bowl of shredded lettuce or cauliflower rice or both. Then add peppers, onions, tomatoes, FF cheese, grilled chicken, corn, black beans. Then mix in light sour cream. It’s pretty much only going to be a couple points, depending on the amount of sour cream you use. Everything else is zero, even the FF cheese if you only use 1/4 cup. Very filling.

Burrito bowl 5sp on green. Lettuce, 1/2 cup of refried beans ( i use Rosarita spicy jalepeno) 3sp, Rotel (any flavor I like Lime juice and cilantro), 3oz of diced chicken breast 2sp. I also top mine with jalepenos.

On blue, I air fry a boneless, skinless chicken breast with salt, pepper and garlic seasoning after spritzing with olive oil and some onions and peppers also misted. Two corn tortillas warmed up. Slice the chicken breast, onion and pepper topping the chicken with 1/4 C of fat free cheddar sprinkled on top. Top with fat free sour cream - about a tsp on each taco with some salsa. Two chicken tacos. Yum!
