No. You add everything ✅! Why are you wasting good money by not following the program? You are only cheating yourself.

No you track everything. Weight Watchers is being accountable for what you eat. If you don’t you are just lying to yourself. What I do if I can’t find a restaurant in the app I just pick any and log the points that they have for the food I ate. If I go over I go over I get back on track.

No, I have the app on my phone and able to gets points on the app. Some restaurants are not on it but I pick one close to what I am eating.

Always add your points. You r training your brain to make nutritious choices even when you go out to eat. I have been craving a good old Cheeseburger. Ate 0 points most of the day and enjoyed the cheeseburger. But I also tracked it.

I do the best I can, but if there is no good options, and sometimes there is not, I do not fret, I enjoy it and go back the next day.

That’s a slippery slope for me and I wouldn’t lose. Now, I take a picture of my food and track.

Why would you not? You're only cheating yourself. If you don't want to follow the program then why are you on it? No one checks your points or your app- only you see it. Be honest and track everything. Sounds like you are not ready to fully commit to this.

I don't. I go out once a week on weight in night, Thursday, and don't track.

I do. I identify things I can get that are not too insane in points and do count them. I sometimes dip into the weeklies, but eating out is a treat and I try to do it as best as I can to plan.

Tracking and being aware helps you make better decisions, think of all the days you had 80-100 point days before you did WW one bad day won’t ruin you but it shows you how much better of choices you make when you can track and be accountable for it. I always look ahead and if I know it’s high on points I only have a few bites(aka dessert or I’d eat the whole thing)

@amena well said! This sure has been a wake up call!
