Sadly, anxiety and depression are huge triggers for me. I was struggling with staying on track before the current crisis. But now I am all the way out of control, and have gained 10 pounds. Every day I wake up with the intention of getting back on plan, but by the end of the day I am out of control. Hoping something helps get me back in the right space to make better choices soon!

@comatulid , I need to go out and walk but it's not recommended to go out, not safe with this pandemic.

Yes, I'm using a little bit of my weeklies every day. I still manage to lose weight. Deprivation is sabotage. I've tried going under my daily and the weight sticks because my body thinks it's starving. Don't despair!

I go over every day, but it's my fault. I think I need to start to plan my foods and stick to it.

Nope. I am a social person. This isolation has made me lose my appetite, down 3. 7 this week. Still Lifetime.

Yes. It’s the snacking and/or the carry out. I know better but can’t seem to help it.

Oh God yes. My weight today looked bad. I just want to eat yummy food. Eating zero foods or low point foods is so boring. This did just remind me about eating corn which I love. I need to cook so chicken recipes. I think I’m going to the store today. I do not like to cook.

Stress, anxiety and fear of the unknown are probably factors playing into the over points issue. Use journaling, exercise and yoga to balance your mind and body. Know you are doing your best despite the pandemic. Be a problem solver and stay the course.

That is what your weeklies are for. Some days it is hard to stay within your points. Don’t be too hard on yourself, this is a really stressful time.
