Me too! I am in blue which I liked because chicken and tuna were zero point foods and I ate them occasionally. Now I am going completely plant- based - no meat or fish - so I am wondering if blue is still the best plan.

Is it all meat or just red meat? I am not an expert, but I would say purple. You have plenty of other protein sources in the 300 zero point foods that are not meat.

I don't eat red meats (I do eat poultry, fish and seafood) and purple works well for me. But, that has more to do with forcing me to make better snack decisions that being pescaterian. What color are you doing now? Is it working for you? If so, continue. If not, try another color for a couple of weeks. The, aassess wwhther you want to remain that color, switch back, or try the third color for a couple of weeks. Best wishes!
