Ok so I have a question for those on the purple plan. What foods do you eat to stay full? I have struggled this week with being hungry and I gained because of eating things to get full. Any idea are appreciated!

Built bars are a must! They are my favorite breakfast lunch and snack, especially with me being so stressed out. They have really saved me during quarantine. They are low carb, high protein. They keep me full longer. They are only 60-110 calories 2-4 ww points each. I eat them everyday to stay on track. They are honestly a game changer! I love them! ❤️ I haven’t had one I didn’t like. You can use my coupon for $10 off a first time order or 10% off of a sample box for $14. 95 if you want to

@aikens I love them, too, and while coconut is by far my favorite one (it tastes like a Mounds bar! ) I, too, haven't found a flavor I didn't like! I just ordered the mixed box of those 3 new limited flavors you are showing!

For me, all the complex carbs like whole grain, whole grain pastas, brown rice, corn, potatoes (both white and sweet), guinoa, beans, etc keep me pretty satisfied. I do make sure I have one of those (or ole Xtreme Wellness tortillas) with every meal along with a lean protein and veggies/fruit. Make sure you are also incorporating healthy oils/fats, like olive oil and avocados. If I do want an "indulgence, " for me, it is usually Built Bars, Smart Baking cupcakes and muffins or Chilly Cow ice cream!

I haven't invested a lot into it. i go over my points but I'm watching those foods. like oatmeal. extra banana. sugar free scream bars. cuz I have a sugar issue. hypo glycema. and I got a lol stupid the past couple months. so my main concern is breaking from sugars slowly and building up on protein. i do like seeing all of your posts. Thank you all

My experience is that bread, sugar and other refined carbs makes me hungry. Fat keeps me full. So I eat a few points (1 t = 1 pt) of natural peanut butter (check ingredients. should be only peanuts and salt) on a banana or apple slices will fill me up. Also 1% milk and a hard boiled egg will keep me full. Avoiding refined carbs and including fat are the key for me. Good luck.

@turaco47 I lost 40 pounds a couple of years ago. I had cut out refined sugar completely. The minute I started incorporating it back in, my sweet tooth went through the roof and I started gaining. I do much better making frozen premiere shakes, eating 2 pt. Yogurts, and eating fruit.

@au1 I went off sugar and artificial sweetener cold turkey several years ago. It was rough. But I can now indulge in the occasional treat without falling off the wagon. I’ve learned if I overdo, it literally makes me feel horrible.

Steel cut oats, beans, chicken breast, fruit, vegetables, and a new one for me. . Greek yogurt. I had never been able to eat Greek yogurt until I tried Hungry Girl’s Apple Pie oats.
