I am at my goal weight, and have been since October. I don’t do anything different from when I was losing except for using a few more of my weeklies, and feeling better about myself! Enjoying shopping for clothes because I can choose what I like instead of being stuck with whatever happens to fit. I don’t look around the room at any gathering hoping to see that I am not the largest person in the room. I walk miles instead of barely making it to the mailbox.
