I loved seeing people get to their goal when I was attending WW meetings in 2016-2018. How long have you kept the weight off?

I’ve kept mine off for 4 1/2 years and do so by attending meetings most every week. I’m addicted to food and have learned so much over these past 5 years that I never understood before. Meetings and accountability are the keys to successfully staying at goal. Good luck!

I returned to Lifetime about a year ago and am maintaining 5-7 lbs below goal. I still weigh in and attend meetings most weeks. I learned the hard way that I need to do this.

@turaco47 that’s impressive that you’re maintaining below your goal!

@charissacharisse @perviouson't be too impressed. It's a long story, but I'd lost 20 lbs and stalled. my own fault. Took me years to get another 10 off. meanwhile paying WW $45 a month. Finally, I upped my goal weight by 5 lbs leaving me just five to get off. I did that and a little more for a cushion. This was my second time to Lifetime. I wasted a lot of time and money getting that last 20 lbs off. and I hope to never pay WW again!

3 year. 82 lbs still gone. I always gained back and more - the difference is whole food versus processed foods

You’ve all lost so much weight and kept it off I’m trying so hard to even get started I have 40 pounds to lose my son is getting married in six months how do you guys do it do you still count points etc. What Plan did you do ? I keep thinking if I try to eat unlimited vegetables but that doesn’t work and I don’t weigh my chicken so I’m probably eating too much so I’m just maintaining I need to track better. What did you eat for snacks besides fruit
by (250 points)
@sesquiplane I have a list of 100 calorie snacks that balance protein and carbs. I’ll message you.
