I dont have a Fitbit or Apple watch yet (looking at both so would happily take recommendations also). I do about a 2 mile walk/jog, followed by an hour or so of weights, squats, sit ups, planks, suicides kinda stuff but I am just starting so I am not full out the entire hour. I need to catch my breath! I am not really sure how to track it properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
