Which plan did you pick and why? In the past, I did the points plus plan and had success. When I signed up this time the system suggested that I follow the blue plan.

I have lost 200lbs on blue in 20 months! I am very loyal to that plan! Lol

I am doing green. This plan has me track everything I consume and makes me more accountable and successful. I had too many zero point options in the blue plan and never lost weight

Green for me- I need to track and be accountable for what I eat. I was 90 lbs overweight and have difficulty with “zero points” - it doesn’t mean free or unlimited but I’ve learned for me, I don’t seem to handle zero points well. I need the discipline I guess. I admire those who are able to eat mindfully. maybe I’ll get there some day.

Blue for almost two years if slow and reliable loss. Green to bust through final lbs to goal and make lifetime. Back to blue  now forever. Take care. All plans will work!

Blue was the only program they had when I started back in Sept and I have done great with it. I really committed and showed a loss every week, even through the holidays and still during the pandemic.

When I joined it was Smart Points. Then changed to Freestyle. Now we have a choice. Per my lifestyle, I chose blue. Basically following same program from when I joined WW. I have lost 62 lbs and maintained Lifetime for 2 1/2 years. A great & sustainable way to live.

I like blue I feel the others allow to many carbs and I don’t trust myself

I’m not sure what the points plus program is exactly but the current blue plan is the same plan we had before they introduced green & purple in November. I got to goal on that plan. However, I switched to purple because, well, oatmeal! I’ve continued losing weight on purple. I love it because it allows me the flexibility I need, especially now. Which ever program you feel fits better in your life is the right program for you. But they all work, if you work them.

I stayed blue which previously was Freestyle. It's perfect for my WW maintenance because I like that eggs, chicken breasts and turkey breasts are zero point foods.

I chose blue because of i eat a lot of chicken and turkey and fruit and vegetables and it’s been working, in nine months I’ve lost 37 pounds
