Any pancake recipes WITHOUT bananas?! I wanna throw my WW Vanilla Protein booster into a pancake mix and everything I can find uses bananas  *Edit: I did come up with a recipe I’ll add in the comments that turned out pretty good. I wanted something I can make myself with what I had on hand.

I use equal parts ground oatmeal, 1% cottage cheese, egg whites and add little baking powder. Blend in bullet.

@mousey13 Yes it adds protein, little salt, and makes beautiful pancakes.

@mousey13 I just put them together one day and it turns out. My husband and sister love them and they are not on WW. They are healthy and low in points.

@mousey13 You could probably use Greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese if you prefer.

@banting679 hey, I can get behind the point savings! What I ended up using was Greek yogurt but I add equal packets to cut the tanginess of Greek yogurt. I like cottage cheese and if it just helps to add some texture and not a lot of flavor, it sounds good!
