- is me I’m 22 and around 5’4 starting weight 193. (Goal weight 135, so around 60) - my mom 59, 5’1 starting weight 197 goal weight (140, so about 60) - my husband, 22, 5’10 starting weight 245 goal weight 180 (65 pounds) I’m the cook so I make both their lunches as well as mine and my dad eats all the left overs I’ve been making chicken Cobb salads for lunches and my husband has also been having healthy steamers. Dinners we’ve been having chicken tacos (with brown rice), 2 point dough pizzas, whole wheat pasta bakes, chicken and veggies (I don’t eat beef because allergic so they get a lot of chicken anyways ) snacks I’ve portioned out skinny pop, low fat cheese it’s, hard boiled eggs, banana bread with chocolate chips! And fruit. Breakfast on week days is kinda everyone for themselves because we all get up at different times but on the weekends we make eggs and low point toast!
