@heatherheatherly yes. This. The Struggle is real. Grapes, banana, mango, watermelon all have calories and it’s sooooo easy to munch on them all forever. I was doing that so I now track my calories on Lose It app. has been amazing to keep things in check.

I agree completely, it's extra calories and carbs, for sure. but then I say to myself. have you ever heard of someone getting fat eating fruits and vegetables?

3 people in my house are doing WW. We each are on a different color. We’ve been doing it about 2 weeks ish here’s the numbers - 8. 4 down - 3 down - 2. 4 down

- is me I’m 22 and around 5’4 starting weight 193. (Goal weight 135, so around 60) - my mom 59, 5’1 starting weight 197 goal weight (140, so about 60) - my husband, 22, 5’10 starting weight 245 goal weight 180 (65 pounds) I’m the cook so I make both their lunches as well as mine and my dad eats all the left overs  I’ve been making chicken Cobb salads for lunches and my husband has also been having healthy steamers. Dinners we’ve been having chicken tacos (with brown rice), 2 point dough pizzas, whole wheat pasta bakes, chicken and veggies (I don’t eat beef because allergic so they get a lot of chicken anyways ) snacks I’ve portioned out skinny pop, low fat cheese it’s, hard boiled eggs, banana bread with chocolate chips! And fruit. Breakfast on week days is kinda everyone for themselves because we all get up at different times but on the weekends we make eggs and low point toast!

Purple (switched from blue). When the new plans came out we were told by our workshop coach to try the plan you are switching to for at least two weeks before switching back to the one you were on which was blue fir everyone previously. I switched to purple after Christmas from blue as I felt stuck and was bouncing between 12-15 pounds loss. I switched and lost 3. 7 my first week and I think 4. 5 my second week. It takes some adjusting as the point totals for the day will be different but I love the food choice plus for me I needed less daily points. It forced me to think more what I am eating during the day.

I just changed my plan I have lost any weight. I started last month and tried the green plan and decided to switch this morning to blue
