@raine Yes I hate when I get a slice and it’s got a thick crust it’s so heavy and it’s just so many unnecessary calories

@raine Are usually look for brick oven I feel like it’s a thinner crust. Why is it so hard LOL

@gsuit4284 I just had little caesers thin, it was actually decent but 3 small pieces were not real filling and I was at my limit

If you put in less calories than you take out you can lose weight no matter what. So if all you eat is 3 slices of pizza a day you sure can as long as you exercise. You wont be real happy or feel very good doing that though.

Well you probably would because you wouldn't be eating enough calories but it wouldn't be healthy and you would be starving

@gsuit4284 I tried to do that I ate 1 box of mixed raw veggies and a whole fish with no rice everyday, I did loss a lot of weight but then I started to eat udon, rice and stuffs again so I gained a lot too  I need to glue my mouth or cover my eyes when passing restaurants

Of course you would lose weight if you only ate 3 slices of pizza a day, lol. And no, you would not need to even exercise, it would just happen. You'd be feeling pretty hungry though. On average, a slice of pizza is about 250 calories, so that would only be 750 calories a day.

@initiatory2 Well good news was I never realized a slice was 250 calories. Maybe one for lunch instead of 2 is a good start lol

It’s very possible. Each slice 300 calories 900 calories a day. It’s all about a calorie deficit not what you eat. Of course you want healthy choices but it’s the deficit that does it.

If that is all you ate, you would lose weight because your calories in would be low.
